The senior team leader independently manages tasks up to being the project manager, depending on the size of the project.
He/she may also have to stand in for a project manager in case of temporary absence. He/she manages and animates a team of team leaders and develops their skills.

Main activities
2 - 1 Project management
- Analyze business activity results and define the necessary action plans.
- Ensure the respect of processes and quality standards (ISO, NF345, LRS)
- Manage turn-over and absenteeism and implement the necessary action plans.
- Ensure the availability of resources and production means.
- Manage production incidents
- Take care of project administration (invoicing, payments, payed leave…)
2 - 2 Customer management
- Manage reporting demands
- Elaborate and animate production committees, steering committees, and customer visits
- Contribute to adding value in his/her perimeter.
2 - 3 Team management
- Manage, motivate and gain team loyalty
- Brief the team on their performance, customer requirements and the Concentrix vision
- Evaluate team members, define development areas and support their rise in competencess.
- Identify the training needs of his/her team members.
- Ensure the respect of Concentrix values, implement discipline and platform rules
Profile:
- You have a perfect command of English and a minimum of three years' experience managing a team in a call center.
- You have excellent communication skills and a good capacity for operational analysis.
- You're a self-starter, able to work autonomously and anticipate the challenges of the job.
- You are also proficient in the use of office automation tools (Word - Excel - Powerpoint and internet).
