Our client is a leader in the telecommunication market and we are expanding the team of Technical Support Specialists with German language.

Main responsibilities:

• Process support requests;

• Analyze system logs;

• Remote troubleshooting;

• Provide high level of technical guidance and assistance in problem solving.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal;

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills;

• Customer oriented and pro-active team player;

• Networking and Linux knowledge;

• Experience in a similar role is considered an advantage.

• Fulltime role with standard working hours Monday – Friday from 10:00-19:00
