Job Description

What you will be doing at Concentrix:

·       Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for internal company videos, external promotional social videos, recruiting videos, corporate training, and other enterprise-wide projects

·       Script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, set deadlines, and select optimal forms of media for projects

·       Work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables

·       Collaborate closely with internal clients and stakeholders to help facilitate the creation of multimedia content

·       Plan video shoots; scout, select and reserve shoot locations

·       Develop production schedules

·       Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, adding music/voice-over, media management and archiving project media

·       Manage video library

·       Create motion graphics

We’ll be a great match if you: 

• Fluent in English (minimum B1)
• Ability to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and perform repairs to audio and video equipment
• Ability to configure, operate and maintain studio and/or field audio, lighting, and associated production equipment
• Preparing background film or “B” rolls
• Knowledge of professional audio and/or video tape editing and post-production procedures, techniques, and standards
• Hands-on experience with editing software, including Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro X, Lightworks, Premier and Photoshop;
• Creative and artistic skills
• Portfolio of completed film productions
• Ability to work on a tight schedule
• Ability to translate ideas into complete projects
