💼 Core Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to end recruitment processes.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and perform background checks.
- Advise hiring managers on candidate selections and assist in compensation negotiations.
- Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, social media, etc.)
- Use ATS and different trackers to prepare recruitment reports.
- Play a representative role at job fairs and career days.
- Promote the company positively to candidates and uphold ethical recruiting standards.
👤 Candidate Profile
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of German at B2/C1 level and knowledge of English at B2/ C1 level.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Self-starter, sense of urgency, works well under pressure, ability to work in high-velocity environment.
- Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
- Knowledge of the Workday system is nice to have.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model from our office in Katowice.
