Customer Support Agent with Bulgarian (CZ/SK)

What you will do in this role:

  • Answer phone calls, e-mails, and messages on social media from customers
  • Help customers with service-related issues
  • Work shifts: morning and afternoon Weekends and bank holidays for extra payment
  • Phone calls are inbound, no cold-calling
  • Suitable for people without experience


  • Ready to relocate to the CZR or Slovak
  • Good computer skills and good knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to quickly identify customers’ problems and needs
  • Ability to set priorities and manage daily responsibilities effectively
  • A client-oriented approach, patience, and strong communication skills
  • Team players with the ability to work in a Customer Service environment
  • Native Bulgarian and communicative level of English in both oral and written form


  • 30 000 CZK Gross Salary if you are in or would like to relocate to CZ
  • 1050 Euro Gross Salary if you are in or would like to relocate to SK.
  • Up to 4 000 CZK Monthly Bonus gross in the CZ.
  • Up to 150 Euro Monthly Bonus gross in the SK.
  • 1250 CZK net as a meal voucher in CZ
  • 60 Euro net as a meal voucher in SK
  • Home office from the CZ or SK (NOT ANY OTHER COUNTRY)
  • Daily use of foreign languages, especially English.
