Job Description

Perform routine and scheduled maintenance of properties such as: electricity, Plumbing. Carpeting, Furniture and Ceiling.
Follow up building repairs including electrical and infrastructure improvements.
Schedule complete regular maintenance, servicing of electrical plant and equipment in connection with the vendors and supplies.
Performs other related duties as requested by management
