What you will do in this role

1. Generating Payment Proposal report
- for Vendor payment, every Monday
- for Employee expenses, every Thursday
2. Identifying the debiting bank, mode of payment, transaction code and bank code to be used
3. Filing it in Sharepoint
4. Creating SR (Settlement Run)
5. Taking screenshots of SR and bank information in WD to be attached in Shareport as a support for the payment.
6. Bank Uploading
- Manual – 40-50 (vendor) and 60-70 (EE) transaction per week 3-5mins per transaction
7. Checking of Bank Statement for any rejected/returned payment; investigating returned/rejected payment; coordinating to the POC
8. Processing Special/Urgent payment request; providing proof of payment
9. Assisting on the testing and implementation of H2H payment
11. Process payments for vendor and expense reports, checks and credit cards
12. Research and respond regarding invoice and Expense reports payments, credits, returns, etc / Providing proof of payment
13. Enforce compliance with accounts payable policies and procedures

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Must have English & Spanish proficiency
- Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
- Ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverables
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
