We are seeking to hire a Digital Analytics Technical Consultant to join our full-time team as a full-time employee.
The ideal candidate we are looking for is a hardworking and highly motivated individual with strong technical implementation skills, solution architecture understanding, and excellent communication skills to join our team. The role is anchored around implementing measurement solutions across our digital customer touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements from stakeholder into detailed tracking specifications across digital experiences, including web and mobile apps.
- Refine and maintain, working with site tagging, pixel, and tracking strategies to support highly accurate, granular data collection.
- Ensure that all new and existing products and features have accurate measurement by overseeing validation of measurement on each device and verifying that all reports are populating as designed
- Create and maintain documentation such as data dictionaries, tracking specifications, and other requirements for ease of reference and knowledge sharing
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills, including the ability to articulate high-level technical solutions
- Easily communicate and break down highly complex data problems into simple, feasible solutions
- Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of analytics implementation projects
- Provide thought leadership for data collection and ways to standardize and reduce effort
- Effectively communicate the impact and correct prioritization of tracking bugs, enhancements, and issues
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Analytics using and implementing Adobe solutions (Adobe Analytics, Target)
- Hands-on technical experience implementing analytics systems (Google Analytics 4 and Adobe), tag management tools (Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, or similar)
- Adobe Customer Journey Analytics experience and certification is a plus
- Experience with common coding languages (JavaScript, jQuery, Python)
- Agile experience and familiarity with JIRA or Azure DevOps
