About the role:

You believe quality customer service is paramount when dealing with customers. 

As a Customer Service Advisor at Concentrix, you will be the friendly voice that our customers rely on. 

Working from our modern office in Robina, Queensland, you will provide exceptional customer service, handling a wide range of enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner. 

What you'll be doing:

• Answering incoming calls from customers and providing knowledgeable support to resolve their enquiries
• Documenting customer interactions and updating records accurately
• Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggesting improvements
• Adhering to company policies, procedures and service level agreements
• Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and effective operations

Key Role Details:

• 7 weeks of comprehensive classroom and hands on training
• 4th November 2024, start date. more intakes in November, Apply now!
• $27.77 p/h + Super
• Permanent full-time roles available
• Permanent part time roles available (30 hours min. per week after full time training)
• Up to $480 a month based on performance incentives
• Monday to Friday rotating roster of 7am - 6pm. No weekends!
• Central Robina, right next door to Robina Town Centre
• Free parking available
• Easily accessible from public transport

What we're looking for:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional manner
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer queries effectively
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Eager to work towards KPIs 
• Proficient in using computer systems and technology
• Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment is highly desirable
