The role

You will supports multiple service lines. Focusing on the administration and coordination of all service lines activities, the role is pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of Business Operations.. You will report to our Regional Director

What you need to have is?

·      

·       Strong Microsoft skills including Excel.

·       A high degree of numeracy in order to work within financial frameworks

·       A high level of literacy

·    

You will have to:

·       Provide administrative support to Business Operations including: managing complex diary arrangements and complex enquiries, organising meetings, conferences, short courses, events and other Business Operations interventions and activities as directed.

·       Sourcing and negotiating terms for venues and accommodation for facilitators, delegates and employees and travel if required.

·       Managing incoming and outgoing mail, and organising and administrating certified courses in line with accreditation requirements as required by service line, ensuring a high level of customer care, quality of information and attention to detail is delivered at all times.

·       To set up and support courses, to recognise and appropriately resolve verbal or written enquiries, seeking advice from senior staff when required.

·       To competently and accurately use internal systems and all other essential office software.

To set up and maintain accurate records, systems and processes for the purpose of monitoring and reporting and to ensure all information held on training participants and training providers is correct and appropriate.
