Job Description
The Technical IT Operations Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of all technical systems, and providing support to end-users. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues efficiently
Responsabilities
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups to ensure data integrity and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Provide technical support to end-users, addressing their IT-related concerns and inquiries.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and improve IT policies and procedures.
- Manage and maintain IT documentation, including system configurations and user guides.
- Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Intermediate English Level B2
- Proven experience in IT operations, technical support, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and operating systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus.
