We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM and a strong background in sales and presales activities. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to meet our business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications and enhancements using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Customize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud to align with business processes and requirements.
- Collaborate with sales and presales teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to support sales and presales activities.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Perform regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce upgrades.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to recommend process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a focus on Sales Cloud CRM.
- Strong understanding of sales and presales processes.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, CPQ and Salesforce integration tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant) required.
- Prior Telecom Experience Highly desired.
The base salary range for this position is $91,457 - $137,186 , plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
