Job Description

As an Advisor I, Blended Support (Gaming) Consultant with English, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support for the the gaming account. Your role involves handling customer inquiries via phone calls, live chat, email, and social media, ensuring timely and effective solutions for account setup, verification, sign-in issues, financial transactions, platform navigation, and technical challenges.
