As an Advisor I, Blended Support (Gaming) Consultant with English, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support for the the gaming account. Your role involves handling customer inquiries via phone calls, live chat, email, and social media, ensuring timely and effective solutions for account setup, verification, sign-in issues, financial transactions, platform navigation, and technical challenges.Serve as a knowledgeable consultant for customers in the sports gaming industry.
Respond to customer queries, complaints, and feedback efficiently via multiple communication channels.
Provide clear and professional communication while resolving customer concerns.
Build and sustain customer trust through interactive and open dialogue.
Ensure compliance with company policies, business controls, and data privacy regulations.
Offer recommendations for process improvements and service optimization.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, team leaders, and support roles.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Maintain adherence to assigned work schedules, including rotational shifts.
Education: High school diploma or university degree preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
Languages: Fluency in English (written & verbal) atleast C1
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, good typing speed, and computer proficiency.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities.
Additional Qualities: Interest in sports, ability to explain complex concepts concisely, and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
Availability: Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and evenings.
