No two days will be the same as you’ll provide valuable and memorable experiences to a wide range of customers for some of the world’s best brands.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to existing customers and leads as part of sales and service campaigns
- Advise customers on suitable product upgrades and financial solutions
- Perform calls ensuring compliant communication.
- Execute product upgrades and support customers through the decision process
- Contact prospective customers to complete pending application steps and confirm commitment
- Support additional sales or telemarketing activities as required
- Meet personal and team performance targets including call handling quotas
- Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents accurately
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and internal policies consistently

Fluent in German
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

Strong focus on customer needs and understanding of how customers can behave

Clear and professional communication skills, problem-solving and active listening skills

Excellent written communication skills
