I joined Concentrix in 2014 and have been part of training since 2015. I’ve had the opportunity to travel around the country networking and building relationships with stakeholders, clients, and our amazing frontline game-changers. Our Culture Beliefs say we “champion our people,” and that resonates with me. When I joined Concentrix, I didn’t realize this would be a career. And now, there’s no place I’d rather be.

I first joined CNX as a Dir. of Client Services, then Sr. Director, VP of Service Delivery, and finally my current role, SVP, Client Success. I attribute my career growth to always finding paths to success via “win strategies,” identifying new technologies to make improvements, finding new training opportunities, addressing challenges head-on, and ALWAYS valuing the opinions of team members at all levels.

I started working at our company as a customer representative in February 2021. That same year, I received my first promotion to Quality Specialist Assistant. In 2022, I became a team leader, in 2023 an Operations Manager, and finally, in 2024, I was promoted to Senior Operations Manager. The reason I’m sharing my career journey is to highlight the unique career opportunities our company offers. With my manager’s continuous support, I had the chance to grow both professionally and personally.
