We are looking for a Mandarin & English speaking Sales Trainer (On-site) to join one of our exciting, expansion projects.
The Sales Trainer facilitates and delivers targeted, focused training to teach and strengthen client-specific knowledge and skills, including sales processes and systems. The Sales Trainer collaborates with internal and/or external stakeholders to deliver responsive programs and content designed to support the needs of the business, promoting efficiency, and increasing productivity.
As an Senior Technical Sales Specialist in our team, you will:
- Demonstrate thorough understanding on B2B technology cloud knowledge and its sales motion, ensure new employees receive comprehensive, client-specific onboarding and training to enhance job-specific knowledge and skills.
- Provide employees with skills-based, client-specific coaching and training to support achievement of specific sales targets, assigned performance targets, and high customer satisfaction.
- Lead a consistent and standard sales training framework to ensure sales readiness plans are delivered thoroughly to the employees ensuring they could attain sales revenue with sufficient product and sales knowledge.
- This includes supporting the introduction and implementation of new sales motions, new or existing products and services sales, defining trainings and certification plans in line with global directions, mapping the service sales cycle and execution process and ensuring the field service delivery teams have the resources, tools and skills for service execution.
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives across the organization by streamlining communication and business process to achieve overall service excellence.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver an effective training and development program designed to enhance client-specific sales knowledge and skills associated with any of our sales motions.
- Prepares, delivers and shares training through a wide variety of face-to-face sessions, webinars and other virtual communication platform, by incorporating latest product and functional (lead qualifications, sales, objection handling etc) questions.
- Conduct sales and services readiness trainings, 1:1 coaching sessions and webinars to promote field awareness on selling techniques, sales and execution processes and standards.
- Contribute to the development of the process to track adoption of standards and processes that were delivered as part of the readiness initiative.
- Analyze and assess supported team members through call and work shadowing and email monitoring to design individual learning & development and readiness plans, monitor execution and development process and re-adjust plans if needed
- Help create a culture of continuous learning where individuals take responsibility for their own development, competence, and performance.
- Analyze data, performance, and customer experience trends to develop and implement strategic sales plays and best practices for client/specific territories.
- Oversee, measure, and validate the delivery and quality of provided training.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to make effective recommendations for improved performance.
- Maintain effectiveness of training interventions through various assessment tools to monitor sales agent progress and provide feedback on ramp-up process to coach and improve communication of individual sales agent.
- Maintain high level of knowledge and understanding about the client, customer interaction, and evolving business environment to identify best practices and ensures competence of said best practice.
We’ll be a great match if you have:
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in a customer service or sales related role; experience in sales delivery training is preferred.
- Excellent command of both English and Mandarin languages to deliver sales training; ability to converse in Cantonese dialect will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office is required; knowledge in Microsoft Fundamentals Certification on Modern Workplace (MS900) and on Azure (AZ900) will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in other CRM or cloud technology product or services are encouraged to apply for the role.
- Passion for cloud technology and strong sales and technical aptitude with ability to absorb technical sales information and apply to business solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented approach to documentation.
- Proficient communication skills with engaging presentation skills, and able to communicate and demonstrate various strategies, platforms, and skills to varied audience.
- Proven ability to identify training needs and support development of programmes, prioritize concurrent projects and demonstrate project management skills.
- Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to achieve results as part of an effective team, and abilities in negotiating with and influencing customers and stakeholders at all levels
