Papastratos, a leading tobacco company committed to design a smoke-free future with the innovative products, like IQOS, is searching for Virtual Sales Advisors.Papastratos, a leading tobacco company committed to design a smoke-free future with the innovative products, like IQOS, is searching for Virtual Sales Experts with high levels of legal age user (“Customer”) orientation to ensure the acquisition, retention and customer life-cycle value of its customers.
Main Responsibilities:
Perform consumer engagement via Video calls in Points of Sales in order to achieve sales and product awareness in Adult Smokers, and up/cross selling, lead generation, loyalty and personalized offers for existing Customer base Users, by assessing Customer needs and offering targeted company’s products and services. Maintain solid Customer relationships by handling Customer concerns with speed and professionalism, focusing on elevating Customer’s experience.
Key Accountabilities:
New sales and consumer engagement & product awareness for prospect Consumers
Up/cross selling and provision of personalized offers for Customer base Users, Lead generation from existing IQOS users
Provide solutions based on customer needs and enhance customer experience
Provide remotised support utilizing the digital solutions
Ensure all operational processes are followed and keep up to date with all new procedures, products, and services
Respect all applicable legal requirements
Follow and apply regulations on Data Privacy
Commit to results and targets set
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
Minimum Graduate studies or equivalent
Excellent language skills (written and verbal communication)
Fluency in English as a asset
Experience of at least 1 year in customer facing position
Very good knowledge of acquisition, conversion & CLM products, procedures and services
Willingness to constantly update knowledge about company processes
Ability to ask the right questions to explore, understand and identify customers’ situation or needs and offer solutions
Detail – oriented when performing video calls
Ability to effectively manage time / work schedule
