What you will do in this role
As a Proxy Product Owner, you will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Salesforce-based CRM implementation projects.
- Define, formalize, and communicate business requirements and user needs.
- Support Agile delivery teams by writing and prioritizing user stories, participating in sprint planning, and ensuring feature validation.
- Serve as a liaison between functional and technical experts to ensure proper solution alignment.
- Participate in functional validation campaigns and user support coordination.
- Contribute to digital transformation projects and SaaS-based solution enhancements.
Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you have:
- +4 years of experience
- Strong understanding of Agile / SAFE methodology.
- Hands-on experience with CRM implementation projects, particularly in Salesforce.
- Experience working in IT and digital projects as a functional consultant or project coordinator.
- Proficient in users’ needs formalization, functional documentation, and business analysis.
- Exposure to validation and testing processes in product lifecycles.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin 2018, Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Familiarity with Scrum, ITIL, REST/SOAP APIs, and SaaS environments is a plus.
