Your Mission
As Project Manager Officer, you play a key role through the following responsibilities:
- Scope, plan and execute operational excellence initiative as directed
- Provide analysis on the initiatives to support communication
- Effectively communicate progress, problems and risks using the tools and templates provided to you
- Support with timelines and rigor tasks and actions from SBRs, MBRs, QBRs and ABRs
- Support with analysis and identification of process improvements
- Support with deep dive on specific topics
- Support projects as per assignment
- Manage projects and changes in all sites owned by their own organisation
- Communicate effectively progress on projects to the Partner Management team
- Communicate effectively progress change roll out to the OCM change manager
Profile Sought:
- Experience as a project manager, with a background in operations
- Ability to manage change
- Ability to handle complex projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with data analysis
- Full-time position ; availability from Monday to Friday
- PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus
- Ability to design processes (Green Belt certification preferred but not mandatory)
