About the role: You will work with an accounting company, that provides accounting services for their clients. These can be florists, hairdressers, lawyers and also big production factories, so a huge range.

You will have different clients that you will work with and perform tasks such as invoicing, data entry, documentation, travel expenses, bank transactions. etc. 

In the beginning, we provide you with a mentor, who will show you all the procedures and guidelines that you need in order to succeed. There would be 2 or 3 simple companies that you will work on in the beginning and then when you feel more confident, will be handling more companies and more complicated tasks.

What we are looking for someone who,

• Feels comfortable communicating in English and Latvian, both verbal and written. English is needed to communicate with clients over email.

• Has logical and analytical thinking as strengths.

• Is a good planner and knows not to get confused in a large flow of information.

• Is capable of working with set deadlines.

• A salary of 1081,50- Euro/Gross (during probation time); 1138,15- Euro/Gross. (after the end of the probationary period);
