We’re looking for a German-speaking Inside Sales Representative to join a fast-growing international sales team, working with small and medium-sized businesses across the DACH market.

What you’ll do

- Build and manage a high-volume pipeline of SMB advertisers through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and video outreach
- Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities in a one-to-many sales model
- Run structured, multi-channel outreach campaigns focused on speed, impact and conversion
- Advise clients on digital advertising solutions and launch pilot campaigns to drive early success
- Collaborate with marketing, sales and account management teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Consistently exceed activity, pipeline and revenue targets while delivering a great customer experience

What we’re looking for

- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development or lead generation (digital, SaaS or media is a plus)
- Native or fluent German and professional English
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and working in a target-driven environment
- Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset
- Passion for digital marketing and helping businesses grow
