This is an exciting opportunity to get a foot in the door of the financial sector and develop crucial customer service skills. This entry-level position is working for one of New Zealand's top 3 banks providing front line inbound customer service.

Key Role Details:

Role Duties:

You will support our valued customers with their banking needs, including but not limited to, online banking queries, assisting with bank card queries, and general banking enquires such as bank statements. You will be the first point of contact for our customers that call and will provide a refreshing and positive experience every time. 

You will also support the bank to grow business by identifying customer needs and referring them to the appropriate people to assist with their financial requirements.

Dealing with highly sensitive and critical information you will be required to undertake background checks and a credit score assessment. 

You must be legally eligible for full time employment in New Zealand to be considered for this opportunity and we require satisfactory previous employer references and clear criminal history police check completed as part of our standard recruitment process.
