Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for building and managing a team of Account Executives and Sales Development Associates who work with prospects to adopt LinkedIn Talent Solutions.  

  • Lead a world-class, high performing team of Account Executives and Sales Development Associates and nurture them in their development. 

  • Index on your team’s talent to be innovative, passionate and constantly work towards building a high-performance culture.  

  • Deepen understanding of LinkedIn Talent Solutions (Hiring Solutions only for now) roadmap and build knowledge on LinkedIn products and processes.  

  • Proactively invest in self-learning, seek out feedback and is agile to manage change. 

  • Be a forward thinker and have strategic vision to grow business at scale.   

  • Demonstrate ability to use data and evidence to make timely business decisions, and effectively prioritize activities to grow business at scale.  

  • Coach and teach the reps on team to successfully navigate the sales process and sales cycle (specific acumen in objection handling, negotiation and prospecting)   

  • Proactively flex management style to meet employee needs and can motivate and inspire excellence from the team.  

  • Consistently meet quarterly revenue goals and objective and KPI. 

  • Demand excellence through demonstrating best sales practices, coaching (through effective 1:1s), performance reviews, developing and inspiring team members   

  • Coach your team on innovative sales practices to solve customer problems and create deal strategies, especially at CxO level relationships.  

  • Delegate assignments and decisions to empower your team. 

  • Foster a positive and value-driven team culture that will motivate others.  

  • Identify team challenges and lead training and education to improve rep effectiveness.  

  • Proactively measures business and team goals and communicates effectively with clarity and conviction. 

Requirements:  

  • 10+ years of sales experience. 

  • 5+ years of people leadership, team leadership, or team coaching/ mentorship experience. 

  • Experience selling in serviced market (Norway or Portugal) ·  

  • Sales and Sales Management experience preferably in technology, IT, SaaS and/or Human Capital / Consulting · Proven track record in both hunting and farming sales. 

  • Expertise in scaling businesses in a high-growth market. 

  • Ability and willingness to coach and provide guidance to team members to improve the team's sales skills. 

  • Strong executive presence, gravitas and ability to influence at the C-level 

 

Additional requirements: 

Quality Analyst  

  • Responsible for conducting quality assessments  

  • Drive accuracy and accountability within team  

  • Lead and report on quality initiatives during business reviews  

  • Perform and document root cause analysis occurrences  

  • Work with Trainer on identifying upskilling areas of team 

Trainer  

  • Train team on work requirements  

  • Maintain, develop, and improve program knowledge base too  

  • Conduct refresher trainings on key topics  

  • Work with Quality Analyst to identify areas for team to upskill  

  • Report on effectiveness and impact of coaching and training initiatives during business reviews  

  • Work with LinkedIn to onboard new processes if applicable 

Business Analyst  

  • Responsible for building supplier data infrastructure based on program needs  

  •  Perform analysis on data trends to report back on business reviews  

Supplier Operations Manager  

  • Responsible for the overall relationship of the program  

  • Work with LinkedIn and Supplier personnel to drive key initiatives  

  • Own and present Monthly and Quarterly business reviews with Team Lead  

  • Manage Supplier operations as it relates to this Agreement
