Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Development & Integration:
- Develop and implement solutions using Salesforce Data and Marketing Clouds to enhance our data management and marketing initiatives.
- Lead the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise marketing technologies, including Adobe Target, Minitab Connect, Sprinklr, and LiveRamp.
- Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with digital asset management and enterprise content management platforms including Adobe Experience Cloud
- Design and develop APIs and integration points between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
- Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between enterprise applications, including and marketing automation tools.
- Operational Support:
- Provide ongoing operational support ensuring system stability, data accuracy, and optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to integrations, data flows, and functionality within the marketing technology stack.
- Develop, test, and deploy solutions using CI/CD processes and automated testing.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other marketing stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions involving Salesforce.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business goals, particularly in data management and customer insights.
- Optimization:
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize implementations to maximize efficiency, data integrity, and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices in CI/CD processes, DevOps, and automated testing to enhance software quality, security, and data accuracy.
Additional Job Description
Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on data management and marketing technologies.
- Experience with Salesforce, including data modeling, integration, and management.
- Proficient in designing and developing data flows and integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with marketing platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Sprinklr, and LiveRamp.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of data integration, data synchronization, and API development in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail, particularly in data accuracy and consistency.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Communication:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts related to data management to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification(s) in Salesforce,
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools within a marketing context.
- Familiarity with other marketing technologies, such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Target LiveRamp, Minitab Connect, and Sprinklr.
