Description of the offer

-You will be responsible for ensuring customer relations and handling complaints when receiving calls

-Your main mission boils down to: Advising, helping, processing customer requests and providing them with solutions adapted to their needs.

-You ensure customer satisfaction: receiving calls, managing complaints, taking orders, advice, information, loyalty, etc.

 

Job profile

-You have at least a BAC+2 level

-Excellent command of the French language

-Good computer skills

-Experience in customer relationship management (preferential)

-Excellent communication skills

-Ability to actively listen, empathy and diplomacy

-Good time management skills

-Team spirit and flexibility
