We are looking for Customer Service Specialists, to join our vibrant team, at our Ballarat delivery centre, working with one of Australia’s leading superannuation funds. Offering in office opportunities that are not customer facing.

Key Role Details:

Start date 11th June 2024
$26.18 per hour + super and penalty rates
Permanent, full-time and part-time (30 hours per week) onsite opportunities
Monday to Friday 8am – 8pm
Inbound contact centre role
4 weeks full time paid training

Key Responsibilities:

First point of contact for customer service and account management
Understand individual customer needs and deliver a personalised experience
Assist customers to understand their superannuation requirements
Guide employers through their employee superannuation obligations
Conduct eligibility checks for early release of super

Who are you?

You believe quality customer service is paramount when dealing with customers. No contact centre experience necessary but customer service skills are a must!

Must have full working rights in Australia and be at least 18 years of age
Confident and capable in using computers and systems
Passionate about customer service and an excellent communicator
Ability and desire to achieve targets and KPI’s
Efficient investigation and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt and retain product knowledge in dynamic and evolving markets
