What you'll do:

• Conduct outbound calls with users from the gaming industry

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

• Gather feedback from users on follow up processes and business opportunities

• Provide exceptional service, ensuring customers are satisfied with the solutions provided while adhering to company policies and procedures.

What You Need:

• Fluency in Romanian, both written and verbal

• Good command of English, both written and verbal

• Excellent communication skills

• Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)

• Organizational, decision-making, and analytical skills

• Previous experience in a customer service center or in a sales position is an advantage
