Job Description
The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of Concentrix's social media channels, driving awareness, engagement, and affinity for the Concentrix brand among staff, potential hires, business customers, and industry influencers.
This role includes planning, creating, curating, and publishing content, analyzing performance, and ensuring social media content aligns with the company's strategic goals.
The ideal candidate will bring creativity, attention to detail, and expertise in managing social media tools to drive impactful results.
- Develop and manage the corporate social media content calendar, coordinating closely with regional teams to ensure alignment.
- Provide guidance and governance to social media partners and page content administrators across our enterprise to ensure their content also aligns with company brand and strategic objectives.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality technology content tailored for platforms including like LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
- Utilize tools such as Hootsuite, Canva, Adobe Suite, Talkwalker, Airtable and Google Analytics for content management and performance analysis.
- Identify and source influencer and user-generated content to enhance brand storytelling.
- Monitor and report on the performance of social media campaigns, tracking metrics like follower growth, post engagement, and audience insights.
- Stay informed on social media trends, emerging platforms, and innovative content approaches, recommending strategies to enhance engagement.
- Conduct research to understand audience preferences, competitive benchmarks, and platform-specific best practices.
- Collaborate with designers to create visually compelling static, animated, and video content, providing clear creative direction.
- Assist in evaluating and recommending tools and processes for enhanced social media management.
- Act as a brand steward, ensuring all content aligns with Concentrix’s voice and messaging standards.
Requirements:
- Education: Associate’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in social media management or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media management platforms.
- Social Media Expertise: Deep understanding of major social platforms, their features, and best practices.
- Creative Skills: Ability to create and direct engaging static, animated, and video content using tools like Canva and Adobe Suite.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Analytical Skills: Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
