Salesforce Developer with CPQ Expertise
Location: Remote (working hours in PST)
Company Overview:
Join a forward-thinking team committed to delivering customized Salesforce solutions that optimize our business processes. We are looking for a dedicated Salesforce Developer to drive innovation and efficiency by designing, developing, and implementing CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement customized CPQ solutions using Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and CPQ functionalities.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including sales and product teams, to convert business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Provide ongoing support, including ad-hoc requests and necessary weekend support.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: 6+ years in Quote to Cash processes; 5+ years with Salesforce.com focusing on Sales Cloud, CPQ, LWC, Visualforce, and APEX.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Custom CPQ (DPB), Visualforce, Apex triggers, LWC, Aura, Flows, JavaScript, SOQL.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with a keen ability to prioritize work and comprehensively understand the bigger picture.
- Professionalism: Ability to efficiently handle escalations and manage changing priorities with professionalism.
- Background: Strong preference for candidates with a sales/service background, with telecom experience being advantageous.
- Deployment Support: Available for Tuesday evening deployments (PST) and ad-hoc weekends
Preferred Certifications:
- Salesforce Admin
- Salesforce Platform Developer 1 & 2
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist
Salary Range:
The base salary range for this position is Min: $91,457 - Max: $137,186 , plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
