Reporting to a Sales Manager, you will demonstrate the value and benefits of our client’s products and services through customer engagement, with a primary focus on selling contracts. You will:
- Provide accurate weekly/ monthly/ quarterly sales forecast
- Initiate steps to help customer concerns/roadblocks prohibiting satisfaction or product usage
- Work with your team and management to provide a professional experience during all interactions with customers and prospects
- Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured
Demonstrate industry & fundamental customer business understanding
Focus on selling to businesses with primarily transactional and mild to mid-level of consultative sales.
Identify customer objectives and marketing KPIs
Understand sales pipeline and track client campaign ROI
Deliver campaign setup and optimization recommendations
Provide customer feedback and product learnings back into organization
Monitor active client campaigns and provide timely enhancement recommendations
Identify and recommend upsell opportunities
- Work with a team and report directly to a Sales Manager
You have:
- 2+ years of experience working in a sales capacity.
- Experience managing a book of accounts in sales is preferred.
- At least a B2 level of English proficiency
- Prior success in achievement of personal and team sales quota/goals
- Experience in high-volume calling
- Experience learning new technology and data
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Experience or willingness to commute to our site located in Heredia
