We’re on the lookout for experts in Customer Service to join our team in Freeman's Bay, Auckland.
Working on behalf of one of a beloved flat-pack furniture brand, your role will be answering inbound calls from customers, using your professional and friendly approach to provide them with personal and efficient service.
We will put you through a fully paid training program, with on-going support in the weeks to follow. This will involve all aspects of the role and enable all our valued staff to become part of a cohesive team.
Key Role Details:
Start Date: 5th of January 2026
Pay Rate: $28.95 per hour + monthly performance-based bonuses (Up to $250 per month)
Part Time opportunity, min 15 hours per week over 7 days
MUST be able to commit to 3 weeks of full time training Monday to Friday 10.00am to 6.30pm
Shifts times between Monday to Sunday 10:30am - 9:30pm (expect 1 or 2 weekend shifts per month)
Auckland CBD Location - Freeman's Bay
