Inbound Billing/Technical Advisor
For this Role you will need to be living in ROI
You will be working on behalf of a leading telecommunications supplier as an inbound advisor for billing/technical support you will be answering calls from existing customers using your professional and friendly approach in assisting with supporting customers with billing queries & technical queries relating to their TV package, broadband, app, landline and mobile.
Customer interaction examples:
Billing/Technical queries, taking between 20-40 calls a day whilst using multiple systems and diagnostic tools. You will support the customer with the aim of fixing / resolving the customers query first time. Some complaint handling and dealing with vulnerable customers.
