Description
Role and key responsibilities:
- Managing Correspondence: Handling emails and visitors efficiently. Day to Day Task function checks.
- Organizing Files and Records: Maintaining both digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Documentation and Reporting: Preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using MS Office.
- Client and Vendor Management: Acting as a liaison between departments and Internal & external stakeholders.
- Office Management: Ensuring the office is organized, all amenities are functioning, and equipment is in working order.
- Communication: Maintaining communication between employees and coordinating with suppliers. Mail approval/ BOQ etc.
- Coordination: Ensuring the functions of various teams are coordinated to ensure collective productivity.
- Administrative Support: Providing support in various tasks around the office and handling grievances and requests. Preparing budget/ Knowledge of EHS.
- Documentation and Recordkeeping: Maintaining necessary records and documents the organization needs.
- Inventory management: Asset & details records keeping with upkeep of premise. Rounds for all locations.
- Any Miscellaneous work to the RE need department with project work
Educational qualification: Graduation
