Location: Gurgaon, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad
Shift Timing: 3 PM to 12 IST.
Work Type: Work from Office (Currently Hybrid)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Use data analysis to develop data products and features.
- Design, and manage the cross-functional development of a data platform to serve global customers and internal users.
- Drive discovery, gather and document requirements to build solid, data driven, business plans and strategies.
- Agile product owner and scrum master, manage and prioritize requirements backlog and roadmap.
- Manage cross-functional teams, ensure on-time delivery, communicate with stakeholders and project teams.
- You will be reporting to Sr. Manager
Desired Experience:
- Working with product and strategic team business managers to articulate analytics needs and identify opportunities for new analytics capabilities for optimizing user/customer lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of effective report/dashboard design and standards Strong familiarity with data preparation, processing, classification, and forecasting story mapping, workflow diagrams using Lucid charts Working with JIRA Cloud, Confluence, wireframing tools, Lucid charts, Excel, Power Point, Word
- 2+ years of experience with front end BI tools is a huge plus (Spotfire, Tableau, MicroStrategy)

- Collaborate with stakeholders: Engage with customers, business analysts, developers, and other team members to ensure alignment.
Data & Analytical :
- the ability to query and manipulate data using structured query language (SQL)
- the ability to apply statistical methods to data problems
- the ability to assess data sets in search of meaningful patterns
Agile and Decision maker:
- As a product owner, ability to handle complex trade-offs and prioritization decisions
- Value-driven decisions: Analyze user needs, market trends, and business impact to prioritize features.
- Risk assessment: Evaluate risks associated with technical debt, scope changes, and market dynamics.
- Data-driven insights: Use data and feedback to make informed decisions about the product roadmap.
- Ability to balance competing demands and maximize value delivery.
