Job Description

The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing the management of complex client accounts and developing processes to ensure favorable relationships with clients, meeting their operational needs. Responsible for managing the client’s customers end-to-end, by renewing, expanding, and converting the service relationships our clients have with their existing customer base. The Account Manager calls upon existing client customers to assess areas of opportunity, renew current service contracts, and convert customers to different services when applicable.

What the role looks like: 
 

  • Ensures that client’s customers are consistently satisfied with the client’s products and services, and resolves escalated issues; 

  • Achieve revenue-based quotas and managing sales territory; 

  • Successful management of client accounts to meet operational needs, growth objectives and proposes potential solutions; 

  • Manage external competitive pressures and effectively handle objections by skillful negotiation; 

  • Work with multiple stakeholders, building effective relationships with decision-makers at all levels; 

  • Identify opportunities for additional product or service sales; 

  • Use data to help influence buying/renewal process. 

  • The working hours for this role are M/F from 09:00AM - 18:00PM (Hybrid role).

Your profile: 

  • Fluent level of English and French – both written and spoken; 

  • Experience working in a customer service, sales or outsourcing environment is preferred. 

  • Knows how to drive value-based selling approach to clients and channel partners in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Solid knowledge of MS Office programs. 

  • Experience working with CRM (SalesForce)or similar will be an advantage. 

  • Keen on new technologies. 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
