Job Title: Senior Mainframe Developer
Location: Onsite in Omaha, NE
Experience Level: Senior Level (10+ years in Mainframe Development)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mainframe Developer to join our team in Omaha, NE. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in mainframe application development, with a primary focus on COBOL programming, DB2, and IMS database management. This is an onsite position requiring strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proficiency in COBOL: Expertise in COBOL for mainframe application development.
- Database Management: Strong experience with IMS Database Management (DB/DC) and DB2 Database Management.
- JCL Skills: Advanced skills in Job Control Language (JCL) for job scripts and batch processing.
Good-to-Have Qualifications:
- SQL Competency: Competency in SQL for database queries and optimization.
- Assembler Proficiency: Proficiency in Assembler programming.
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with supply systems and the transportation domain ecosystem is beneficial.
Desired Profile:
- Mainframe Development Expertise: Demonstrated mastery of mainframe development fundamentals.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex systems and solve intricate problems effectively.

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
