We are looking to grow our permanent Customer Service team.

Here at Concentrix we are seeking people like you to guide our customers through our online suite of products for our client Intuit, proud makers of QuickBooks Online. We support small businesses, accountants, and self-employed individuals. You will be part of a customer success team delivering support to Intuit customers on how to manage their QuickBooks online accounts.

• Mon – Fri. 40 hrs Between 8am and 7pm, No weekends
• Permanent Full-Time contract
• Salary - £11.48 per hour – annual salary £23,878 plus bonus earning potential

• Hybrid role with Office based role for the initial training/nesting period (approximately 3 months) Then you’ll have the option to work Hybrid with the requirement to attend site 2 days per month after sign off.
