Job Description
Assist to the janitor’s coordinator to take care of the building and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. keep the building in a clean and orderly condition.
Key Accountabilities:
• Clean designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping,
restroom cleaning, etc)
• Carry out cleaning tasks.
• Notify immediate supervisor of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Make adjust and minor repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow health and safety regulations
• Remove debris
• Keep areas neat and tidy
• Shampoos carpets
• Empties trash receptacles
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Remove stains and clean surfaces.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors,
• clean dust furniture.
• Clean and service restrooms
• Mow lawns, trim shrubbery, plant flowers, and apply pesticides.
• Identify and report possible repairs.
• Fix minor facilities issues.
• Replace lining of trash cans.
