Concentrix is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Delivery Lead to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of our products to customers. This leadership role demands the ability to manage the nexus of sales and delivery services, ensuring alignment of resources with business goals and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead the delivery operations for Concentrix products, ensuring client requirements and business objectives are achieved.
Conduct regular assessments of sales pipelines to ensure optimal resource allocation for successful delivery.
Develop and maintain delivery assets, including templates and media, to facilitate product training and execution.
Create documentation, processes, and artifacts from the ground up to support delivery objectives.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Relations teams to enhance delivery processes and elevate customer satisfaction.
Monitor delivery performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Lead and manage a team comprising direct reports and/or dotted line relationships.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a client-facing role with technical program management expertise.
Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related discipline; a master’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in creating documentation, processes, and artifacts from the ground up.
Proven ability to partner and collaborate across the organization with various teams and stakeholders, including development teams.
Experience in working with C-level suite and/or senior leadership team.
Strong understanding of the integration of sales and delivery processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience in leading a team with direct reports.
Proven capability in developing training materials and optimizing delivery procedures.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred.
Experience with AI technologies is an advantage.
Ability to work effectively in an ambiguous environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Salary:
The base salary range for this position is $142,376 – $213,564 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
