High School diploma is not required for some of them. 

Requirements:

1️⃣ Previous BPO experience in customer service (desirable).
2️⃣ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3️⃣ Ability to handle difficult situations with customers professionally.
4️⃣ 85% English Level
