Summary
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) Solution Architect, specialised in Customer Insights – Journeys (CIJ) and desirably Data (CID). The ideal candidate will possess expertise in evaluating and implementing performance and stability enhancements within D365 CE, along with comprehensive knowledge of customer-driven configuration and customization to align system functionality with client business objectives. The candidate should also have a basic understanding of the Power Platform and how it integrates with Dynamics.
The candidate must demonstrate fluency in English and be located in Romania or Portugal. It’s expected the candidate will travel less than 20% of the time.

Mandatory Experience Profile
- The candidate requires fluent English language skills to engage in business and technical conversations and workshops with customers.
- The candidate should be located in Romania or Portugal.
- Expert knowledge in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys: designing, troubleshooting and optimizing components, such as Journeys, Segments, Events, Insights, Lead Management, Email Templates, Consent Management, and more.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Data would be highly desirable: supporting customers with designing data models, ingesting data from external resources, and importing it in Customer Insights – Journeys.
- Extensive experience with Power App development.
- Design, customize, and administer UI and business logic using Power Platform.
- Customize and administer UI and business logic.
- Strong proficiency in developing, troubleshooting, and maintaining solutions and architecture of Dynamics
- Advanced knowledge of D365 CE enterprise level architecture and connecting with external systems.
- Familiarity with integrating data from Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure, and other sources.
- Develop and maintain Power Automate solutions with internal logic processing and connections to Dataverse and other services.
- Strong ability to engage with key technical stakeholders and business decision makers.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver technical training and effectively resolve complex Power Apps issues and architectural challenges through strong analytical and collaborative skills
- Strong commitment to staying updated on modern engineering practices and tools.
- Experience in customer facing roles.
Desirable requirements
- Architect and Functional Consultant level Microsoft certifications are preferred.
- Experience with Copilot Studio or other AI technologies.
- Knowledge of data analytics.
