No two days will be the same as you’ll provide valuable and memorable experiences to a wide range of customers for some of the world’s best brands.
- Handle customer interactions via phone, chat, and email related to banking products and services
- Support clients with daily banking operations (accounts, cards, payments, online banking)
- Provide accurate, secure, and compliant information in line with banking regulations
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience and build trust-based client relationships
- Meet service quality and productivity targets
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records
- Ensure strict confidentiality and data protection when handling financial information

Fluent in German
- Intermediate English level
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

Strong focus on customer needs and understanding of how customers can behave

Clear and professional communication skills, problem-solving and active listening skills

Excellent written communication skills
