day. We are looking for an IT Technician to join our exciting projects
in Accra, with leading brands from tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare,
and many more industries.
What you
will do in this role
The IT technician maintains daily
the telecom infrastructure and the network, necessary for the proper operation
of the production sets.
You will also assists users to
optimize the use of the tools at their disposal.
Main Responsibilities
· Intervene
in the installation and configuration of IT and telecommunications systems according
to specifications, internal requests, the Group policy and legislation
· Maintain
the IT and telecommunications systems, both hardware and software
· Optimize
technical resources to prevent breakdowns and malfunctions
· Ensure
the implementation of preventive maintenance procedures
· Maintain
data exchange systems with remote sites
· Ensure
the backup and integrity of data
· Assist
users in the use of production hardware and software
· Ensure
the implementation of Processes written by the ITS management
· Report
daily quantitatively and qualitatively to the Site technical manager
· Analyze
systematically encountered users problems and identify solutions and possible
side effects.
· Use
his/her experience to solve user problems and interrogate database for
potential solutions.
·
Report the complex or unresolved incidents.
Record and monitor problems from their reporting to the conclusion.
· Identify
and classify types of incidents and service interruptions. Log incidents by
listing them according to their symptoms and resolutions.
Whom we

Bachelor's
Degree in
related field or or up to 2 years of related work experience.
·
Knowledge
in IT, strong computer network background.
·
Rigorous
and reliable work ethic and results on which others can build over time, in a
possibly complex environment. Detect the failures of the process and work
collectively. Be proactive to improve.

Communicate
basic information in a professional manner by being open, friendly and
transparent
·
Interact
easily with others. Be attentive to their needs, requests, feelings and act
