Summary of Job

We are looking for a curious and dynamic Project Manager to join our rapidly growing Retail Applications Group.  As a partner to the Retail, Rental, Operations departments within the organization, this individual will help support the technology at each of the 250 retail locations, focused on a core suite of Retail Applications including ERP (inventory, distribution, buying, etc.), reporting and point-of-sale functionality. Working cross-functionally with Merchandising, Operations, Warehousing, Accounting, and other areas of IT, this person is a key contributor supporting the project pipeline health of Retail’s commercial applications.

The ideal candidate for this role is excited to help the team improve, develop, and support a uniquely complex retail environment. They will be comfortable managing stakeholders across multiple business units. This position brings value to the organization through thought leadership, planning, coordination, business partnership, and communication with our 3rd party vendors and internal stakeholders. We are looking for a candidate that enjoys complex projects and business/ vendor relationship building.  Is highly skilled Senior Project Manager with strong expertise in the Jira stack to manage ticket organization for deployments and vendor tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and manage Jira tickets for deployments and vendor deliverables.

• Maintain detailed documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, RAID logs, and ensure all items are closed.

• Take full ownership of project closure, including documenting future phased work and ticketing.

• Communicate effectively with VPs and Senior Directors, demonstrating strong soft skills and the ability to “read the room.”

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, and PowerPoint.

• Strong experience with Jira for project tracking and deployment coordination.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight, bringing forward problems along with recommended solutions for approval.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP and/or Prince2 certification.

• Experience in Retail environments, particularly with ERP back-end systems or POS front-end solutions.

• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
