Due to business growth, we are currently seeking a Senior HR Business Partner who is experienced in leading Talent Acquisition.  As a Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll manage a varied portfolio of customer care accounts and forge partnerships with stakeholders and employees to ensure collaboration on all people solutions matters.  You will also be responsible for leading talent acquisition for our high-volume customer service positions.

This role is an on-site role based at our Brisbane office and reports to the Director of People Solutions.

  • Manage a team of HR and Recruitment Advisors and Business Partners
  • Collaborate across all levels to drive continuous improvement in Employee performance, management practices, and HR policies and procedures.
  • Address complex employee concerns, orchestrating corrective actions with the right stakeholders for a positive work environment.
  • Interpret employment legislation and develop HR policies, craft resources, and deliver proactive HR solutions aligned with organisational strategies.
  • Lead and manage the recruitment function across your portfolio of accounts.
  • Mentor and coach leadership teams, covering performance and conduct management practices.
  • Provide comprehensive analysis of various HR/Recruitment metrics, guiding data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Manage complex workplace investigations, ensuring procedural fairness, legislative compliance, and policy adherence.
  • Manage HR communication materials for new processes, systems, and technology.
  • Communicate and reinforce the Company's values, philosophies, and Leadership behaviours, contributing to a high-performing organization.

Essential Skills and Experience: 

  • Previous experience as in leading Talent Acquisition, highly desirable
  • Experience in delivering business partnering services across a diverse workforce.
  • Ability to be flexible, resilient and adapt in a fast-paced dynamic everchanging environment.
  • Hold a degree qualification in a relevant field such as HRM / Employment Relations or Employment Law. Experienced in case management, with a strong understanding of employment instruments and labour laws.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effectively presenting information to internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate the ability to develop, mentor, coach, and provide direction to a team, fostering an inclusive and growth-oriented environment.
  • Proven ability to drive key diversity and inclusion, wellness and ESG initiatives.
  • Lead with a proactive approach, focusing on continuous improvement in all aspects of HR.
