Job Description
Site Monitoring and Maintenance.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor site-specific facility operations standards and processes set by Facility Manager
- Coordinate the execution of Site Facilities & Engineering processes, which include implementation of the energy management program, Building and Grounds (B&G) upkeep and maintenance, B&G minor renovations (>PHP1 Million), capital and operational budget adherence, critical equipment maintenance, monitoring and reporting to internal and external stakeholders and approvers, and take corrective action or escalate to Facility Manager, as necessary
- Gather information from internal (e.g., program representatives, information systems data, logs) and external (e.g., vendors, other Real Estate sections, landlord]) sources and report information to Facility Manager
- Monitor site-specific services (e.g, food concessionaires, ingress/egress of goods/services), monitor compliance by third party of contractual service level agreements, and communicate non-compliance or issues to Facility Manager
- Prepare and update standard reports to ensure consistent presentation and analysis of data, particularly on corrective and preventive maintenance of critical equipment, equipment monitoring, and maintenance scheduling
- Apply working knowledge of Basic Accounting Principles to clearly and accurately prepare summaries, reports, tabulations and other presentations
- Track Purchase Order (PO) assignments and resolve outstanding invoices with Accounts Payable
- Ensure site compliance with Concentrix security policies, standards and procedures by participating in audits and reviews of executed operational methods and practices
- Prepare and maintain proper records of quality documentation relative to assigned duties and responsibilities
- Liaise with colleagues and subject matter experts (SMEs) as well as with operating partners, (Technology, Human Resources, Legal, Compliance, Security, Critical Equipment & Engineering, Projects & Branding, Reports & Leasing, etc.) for advisory support
- Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
Education and Professional Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field from a 4-year college or university, or advanced vocational training with one to two years related experience
- Accreditation as DENR Pollution Control Officer is an advantage
Candidate Profile:
- Must be proficient with various software applications
- Can work well under pressure, has professional demeanor and righteous character that works above board
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail.
- Some knowledge of basic accounting and book keeping procedures.
Strong Customer service experience and detail oriented
