You will
Design and execute ambitious sales programs tailored to the needs of the Brazilian market.
Manage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery against program objectives.
Regularly analyze programming effectiveness and iterate to improve results.
Build and maintain high-level relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the B2B space.
Represent Meta at industry events and client meetings to promote the company's capabilities and successes.
You have
5+ years proven work experience in a sales leadership role in a multinational environment
4+ years of experience in the technology sales industry
Experience in a BPO environment preferred
Extensive experience in sales leadership roles, specifically with B2B engagements.
Strong program management skills and a proven track record in the development of large-scale sales programs.
Strong strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
Proficiency in Portuguese, English and Spanish, with a deep understanding of the Brazilian market.
