We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and professional roles across Jordan, KSA, and UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic sourcing, stakeholder management, and delivering high-quality hiring outcomes in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid, senior, and professional positions across the region.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and workforce plans.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent pools, networking).
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture.
- Coordinate interview processes, feedback loops, and selection decisions with stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical, hard-to-fill, and niche roles.
- Conduct market research and provide insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal recruitment policies across all three countries.
- Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at career events, conferences, and networking sessions.
- Utilize ATS and recruitment analytics to track performance and report hiring metrics.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition focused on professional and senior-level hiring.
- Experience hiring across Jordan, KSA, and UAE.
- Strong knowledge of regional labor markets and recruitment practices.
- Proven track record in sourcing and placing high-caliber candidates for specialized and leadership roles.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Bachelor’s degree.
