Fluency in German (C1 level, both written and spoken) – You'll be our go-to expert for German-speaking customers.
English Proficiency (B2 level) – You’ll need to collaborate with our international team and participate in training.
Tech Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Office and the ability to quickly adapt to new tech tools and systems.
Communication & Organizational Skills: You excel at communicating clearly, staying organized, and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
A Customer-First Mindset: You’re approachable, empathetic, and eager to solve problems and make a positive impact on customer experiences.
Experience in customer service (especially in e-commerce, tech support, or pre/post-sales roles).
