IT Operations (ITOps) is primarily the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure within a business. ITOps ensures that IT systems are running efficiently and cost-effectively, providing a foundation for growth.

- Built and maintained multiple Power BI dashboards, particularly in asset management and order tracking for regional stakeholders.
- Standardized and cleansed asset and operational data and improving data handling efficiency.
- Collaborated with business departments to provide detailed performance analytics

- Provide support to end-users in regard to network connectivity and desktop computing.
- Lead and handle all activities in one location
- Maintain and support PC workstations and laptop. This will include troubleshooting and replacing hardware components, performing upgrades to existing systems, and installing replacement system.
- Support also includes software support of the operating system, Microsoft Office, and other standard package used by Concentrix Group.
- Develop, implement, and administer IT service, ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of all information and production systems.
- Responsible for network-telecommunications function and to ensure compatibility and interoperability of computer systems, telecommunication, and office equipment.
Candidate Profile
- Good English: ability to write, read well.
- Ability to analyse, logical thinking.
- Can use office software (Word, Excel, Outlook...)
- At least 3 years of IT operation or business Analyst
